I understand the speeds vary depending on proximity of the router to the LTE tower, obstructions and other factors.

I understand that half of the data of my package is for use at night between 12:00am and 07:00am.

I understand that the first months charge will not include pro-rata. Data will be "recharged" to the sim once the first debit is successful and will be the allotted amount for the next month.

I understand that there is a delivery fee and an admin fee

I have read and agree to Home Cloud's standard Terms & Conditions of the Month to Month no-lock in contract.

Terms and Conditions - Credit Check

I hereby consent that, and authorises Ubambo Software Solutions (“the Company”) :-

a) To contact, request and obtain information (for the avoidance of doubt this includes any and all information held on my profile by Compuscan Information Technologies (Pty) Ltd (“Compuscan”) including payment profile information) from Compuscan (a registered credit bureau) to perform an assessment of my behaviour, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness in any format (including in pdf, xml or raw data string) available from Compuscan and to continuously access my information from Compuscan for research and analytical purposes and to decide whether to grant access to credit to me in future;

b) make any reasonable enquiries to verify and research any details provided by me to the company;

c) and to access the information in any format, including online, batch and raw xml string in an unmasked format.

Please ensure you state your delivery address at an address you are most likely to be at between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday to avoid issues with non-delivery, thereby delaying the process of you receiving your new internet package. We recommend you indicate your Work Address if possible. It can also be a good idea to indicate the recipient as the receptionist at your office if you know you are not usually available to receive the package.

Our couriers will deliver your package to the delivery address stated here in the application form. Our packages are delivered anytime between 8am and 5pm, which means you need to make sure you are available to receive your package during these hours between Monday and Friday. If your delivery address is in a Metro area, the courier will generally deliver the package before 12:00.

The couriers do not delivery on include public holidays.

As part of the package you are taking with us, If, for whatever reason, you are not available to receive your package between these times, we'll try and redeliver the package to you again at your expense.

However, if you are not available to receive the package during this second attempt, unfortunately, there will be a delivery cost of between R60 and R250 for each subsequent delivery attempt. Note that the delivery cost can be even higher for delivery to remote areas.

Important notes:

A different recipient other than the account holder can be stated in the recipient section of the application, for example, this can be the reception of a company or family member. Note that the recipient cannot change the recipient information with the courier. Only Home Cloud has the authorization to do that. You can change the recipient details via phone or email only when contacting Home Cloud BEFORE the package is dispatched.

Our couriers don't contact the customer. Only our couriers dispatch offices contact customers in relation to non-delivery, etc. Home Cloud will be informed of when re-delivery will happen if someone is not available, within the following days.

Please ensure you have included delivery instructions in the application form such as: "Ask for me at Reception" or "We don't have a doorbell so please beep the horn or yell loudly."

There are certain areas in which the couriers only drive through at the beginning and end of the week.
